High Season: (20/06/2026 – 10/09/2026) – minimum stay 7 nights
Medium Season: (01/04/2026 – 20/06/2026 / 10/09/2026 – 01/11/2026) – minimum stay 5 nights
Low Season: (01/11/2026 – 01/04/2026) – minimum stay 4 nights
*Easter, New Year’s Eve and Christmas are considered High Season.*
*Minimum stays apply in general according to the season. However, users may still submit an inquiry even if the selected dates do not meet the minimum stay requirement. Acceptance of such inquiries shall be subject to evaluation by the owner.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – RATES
After submitting your reservation request, you will receive up to two rate options (both may not always be available): refundable and non-refundable.
The refundable rate requires prepayment of the first night. This amount will be refundable according to the cancellation policy stated in the offer email you will receive after submitting your inquiry.
The non-refundable rate requires full payment of the reservation and does not allow cancellations. As a general rule, this is the more economical option.
Both prepayments are made via bank transfer or payment link.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND INQUIRY
This document governs the use of the website, the submission of inquiries and the conditions applicable to the pre-booking process of the accommodation. The website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute, under any circumstances, a binding contractual offer. The information published, including prices, availability, rates, minimum stays, conditions or accommodation features, is indicative only and may be modified without prior notice.
It is not possible to make reservations directly through the website. Requests submitted via forms, email, instant messaging services such as WhatsApp or telephone calls constitute inquiries only and do not imply, under any circumstances, reservation confirmation, date blocking or guaranteed availability of the accommodation.
Submitting an inquiry does not generate any right in favor of the user nor does it give rise to a contractual relationship. All communications carried out during this process are of a pre-contractual nature.
A reservation shall only be considered valid once there is an express written confirmation from the owner, communicated to the user by email or WhatsApp, clearly stating the dates, final price and applicable conditions. Until such confirmation is issued, no contractual relationship shall exist between the parties.
Prices shown on the website or initially communicated are indicative and may vary depending on the dates, season, number of guests, length of stay or other specific circumstances. The final price shall be exclusively the one communicated in the written reservation confirmation and shall prevail over any previously published or communicated information.
Availability displayed on the website is indicative and may change at any time until the reservation is expressly confirmed by the owner. The owner does not guarantee accommodation availability until such confirmation has been issued.
Cancellation conditions, payment methods, deadlines and any other specific conditions will be communicated to the user at the time of reservation confirmation or subsequently in writing, and shall only apply once expressly accepted by both parties.
The owner shall not be held liable for technical errors, service interruptions, calendar synchronization failures, lack of information updates, or for any decisions made by the user based on indicative information published on the website or provided during the inquiry process.
Images, photographs and graphic representations of the accommodation published on the website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee. They may not exactly reflect the current condition, layout, decoration or lighting of the accommodation.
The use of communication channels managed by third parties, such as instant messaging services, shall be subject to the policies and terms of such providers, and the owner shall not be responsible for any processing or incidents arising from their use.
Submitting an inquiry through the website implies the express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of use, inquiry and reservation.
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of the website or from the pre-contractual relationship, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals that are legally competent.
