  2. Non-refundable rate: total stay (non-refundable).
    Payment is made via bank transfer or payment link (credit/debit cards).

Both the conditions and the total reservation price will be communicated by email within 24 hours after receiving your request.

Yes, it includes everything needed for the kitchen, bed linen, towels, and basic items (soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) for a comfortable stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
