How can I make a reservation?
You can book directly through our website by selecting your dates and number of guests, or by contacting us directly via WhatsApp.
How and when is payment made?
Depending on the selected rate (not all rates are always available), prepayment will be required as follows:
Refundable rate: first night (refundable until the date stated in the offer).
Non-refundable rate: total stay (non-refundable).
Payment is made via bank transfer or payment link (credit/debit cards).
When will I know the final price?
Both the conditions and the total reservation price will be communicated by email within 24 hours after receiving your request.
Is a deposit or security bond required?
No, no security deposit is required. The only payment to be made is either the first night or the total stay, depending on the selected rate. See possible rates
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy depends on the selected rate. Exact conditions will be communicated in the offer email along with the final price.
Do you offer discounts for long stays?
Yes, we apply special rates for long stays, which will be automatically applied in the offer email you receive after we respond to your inquiry.
Can I change my dates after booking?
Yes, as long as there is availability. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is until 11:30. Both times may be adjusted depending on guest needs and availability. Please contact us for more information regarding your specific case.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome under one condition: they must not be left alone in the house if they bark, howl, or disturb neighbors.
Is the house fully equipped?
Yes, it includes everything needed for the kitchen, bed linen, towels, and basic items (soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) for a comfortable stay.
Is there parking?
Yes, the house has private parking.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
