PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, users are informed that the personal data provided through the website will be processed under the responsibility of Irina Myurisep.

The personal data that may be processed include: name, email address, telephone number, stay dates, number of guests, free-text message and IP address.

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of responding to user inquiries, preparing and sending indicative quotations, managing information requests (inquiries) and maintaining pre-contractual communications related to the rental activity.

The contact details provided by the user, in particular the email address and telephone number, may be used by the owner to send communications related to her own services, updates or information linked to the rental activity, based on the legitimate interest of the owner and always within the context of a prior relationship arising from an information request.

In any case, the user may object at any time to receiving such communications by sending a request to info@townhousealteahills.com or through the means indicated in each communication, without this affecting the handling of the submitted request or the existing pre-contractual relationship.

Submitting forms through the website does not, under any circumstances, imply the formalization of a reservation nor does it generate any right in favor of the user, as it constitutes exclusively a non-binding request for information.

Prices displayed on the website or initially communicated are indicative only and may vary depending on actual availability, length of stay, number of guests or other specific conditions. The final price will only be confirmed through express communication by email and will be valid only once expressly accepted by both parties in accordance with the stated conditions.

Under no circumstances does the use of the website, the submission of forms or the receipt of a quotation imply the existence of a contractual relationship, reservation confirmation or date blocking.

The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent of the data subject, granted through the express acceptance of this privacy policy, as well as the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required for the proper functioning of the website or to comply with legal obligations, such as web hosting service providers, who shall act as data processors under the legally required safeguards.

Some technology providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, international data transfers will be carried out in accordance with legally established mechanisms, ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to manage the pre-contractual relationship arising from the information request and, where applicable, for the periods required by applicable regulations should a contractual relationship be formalized.

The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by submitting a written request to info@townhousealteahills.com.

The website provides users with contact options through instant messaging services managed by third parties, such as WhatsApp. The use of such services implies that the personal data provided by the user will be processed in accordance with the privacy policies of the service provider, and international data transfers outside the European Economic Area may occur. The owner has no control over such processing and assumes no responsibility for it.

The user guarantees that the personal data provided through the website forms are accurate, truthful and up to date, and undertakes not to provide third-party data or specially protected data. The owner shall not be responsible for the submission of unnecessary, inappropriate or excessive data by the user.
